- Schedule a Tour- Call the school office to schedule an appointment with the appropriate Principal, receive an application, and begin the admissions process.
- Complete an Admissions Application- Return the admissions application and $125 application fee along with the student’s current school report card, standardized test scores, and current photo.
- Student Assessment- Once the application has been received, the Principal will schedule a Student Assessment, if necessary. Secondary school students who already have test scores from the Stanford, PSAT, SAT, ERB, SSAT or other approved testing instrument may submit those test scores. All Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten students will be required to complete a school readiness test administered by the school.
- Admissions Interview- This is the opportunity for parents to share their faith in God, to give a personal testimony, to discuss their student’s academic performance, and to ask questions about the school. Elementary students are encouraged to be present at the interview; however Middle School and High School students (grades 6-12) are required to attend the interview with one or both parents.
- Admission Decision- Based on the information provided in the application and the interview, an admission decision will be made. Notification will usually occur within two weeks.
- Enrollment Form- Upon acceptance, parents then submit the Enrollment Form and an enrollment fee of $225 per student (maximum $450 per family). After this has been received your child is fully enrolled at SCS.
- Financial Aid- If financial assistance is needed, application is made after your child is enrolled as a student at SCS (All the above steps have been completed). Contact the SCS business office for an application. Due to limited funds, parents are encouraged to complete this process as early as possible. The results from the third-party evaluating agency must be in the SCS business office by March 17, 2008.
